Are SkinPen® Microneedling treatments painful?
No. They are designed to be as comfortable as possible and before the procedure we apply numbing cream to the treatment area.
Most patients describe a mild buzzing sensation.
How long does it last?
The procedure takes about 30minutes. There is some redness like mild sunburn following this for 1-3 days. A tightness feeling is sometimes also described, but, again, dissipates in a couple of days.
When will I see a result?
Some people notice a result after their first treatment but optimal long term treatments are visible after 4 or more treatments. Ongoing skin improvement continues for 3-6 months after the last treatment.
When can I have it?
